A superb choice, Randy. Occasionally I like to listen to ‘Dog Eat Dog.’ It feels unusual for Joni and there’s an appeal in that.
A fave track is “Come in from the Cold.” Such a treat to listen to.

I like all of her; those just stand out for some reason. So versatile. A treasure.

Thanks Randy! A great pick & one all us Canadians should be proud of…she’s known & respected as a musician worldwide. The ‘Court & Spark’ singles in particular were good parts of my school days soundtrack

As I previously commented on Dave’s site, I think Joni Mitchell is a great pick. While initially she was a bit of an acquired taste for me, especially during her folkie period where her very high voice sometimes sounded pitchy to my ears, I’ve since come to dig her. Based on what I’ve heard, I tend to prefer Joni’s more jazzy work, e.g., the “Hejira” album.

Thanks so much for checking in again Christian. I am glad you came around to Joni, Hejira is a great album. She and Jazz got along splendidly.
